Microsot Issues and Emergancy Patch for Internet Explorer

You guys remember this ‘Serious Flaw Discovered in Internet Explorer‘? Well, Microsoft have said that they shall release an emergancy patch for Internet Explorer to try and counter the problem.

2 million people are believed to have been affected by the Internet Explorer flaw (source). The flaw allows criminals to potential obtain all passwords/credit card details written in Internet Explorer. Plus they are able to take control of your computer.

The patch shall be released  on Wednesday at 1 p.m. EST at the Microsoft Update site as well as at the Microsoft Download Center. A different patch is expected to be released for the users of the IE 8 beta.

As I mentioned in the post about the actual flaw, it is recommended that you switch browser to things such as Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome for safety.
